What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the whole city roll-out team to ensure successful launches in new regions
P&L responsibility for new regions
Ownership of the region launch business KPIs including the responsibility to initiate potentially needed changes
Handover to our core organization after a successful launch while ensuring transparency about the current state & key learnings of each region
Building up a world-class expansion management team
Personally travelling to the new regions to ensure on-the-ground operations are set up properly
What You'll Need:
At least 3 years of experience in comparable roles with an expansion or operations focus
Strong organization talent and decent analytical skills
Being driven to turn challenging situations into successful results
Strong project management skills
At least one year of people management experience
Fluent german is a must, core english skills are a plus
Experience working in a startups or other fast-paced environment
