What you will be doing:
As Head of Product (f/m/d) you are fully responsible for the product team
You create the product vision and define the product roadmap
You are a crucial part of building a unicorn-potential investor story that reflects the desire for growth based on the product landscape
You manage the entire lifecycle for our internal and customer facing tools and mobile applications
You retain, recruit and develop a world class team of product managers and UI/UX experts
You are in constant exchange with the other departments and business partners and develop solutions that enable them to perform better every day
You build an ownership-driven environment where responsibility is the key to bringing our products to the next level
You maintain product roadmaps and continuously challenge the status quo
You ensure a common understanding of relevant topics between all parts of the business
You leave your footprint and take part in building a European industry champion
What we are looking for:
Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work with minimum supervision
5+ years experience in a leading product management role from a consumer software background (focus on consumer apps is a strong plus)
Experience in the health, e-commerce or pet space is a plus
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
Good knowledge and expertise in working in cross-functional teams
Agile mindset and experience in working in Scrum or Kanban
The mindset and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding start-up environment
A daring, goal-driven, can do mentality, who is reliable and a transparent communicator
Strong communication skills in English
