What you will be doing:
As Head of Product Medical Pet Software (f/m/d) you are fully responsible for building up the Medical Pet Software product team and building our internal software solutions that helps our medical teams to deliver medical service excellence
You bring the right mix of pragmatism and attention to detail to deliver solutions that solve actual problems
You are a good communicator and can turn information from stakeholders into winning product solutions
You love to create great service designs that support our medical teams to do a better job and our customers to be satisfied
You build an ownership-driven environment where responsibility is the key to bringing our products to the next level
You see the role of your team as being an enabler for other parts of the business and help them to thrive through your work
You retain, recruit and develop a world class team of product managers and UI/UX experts
You maintain product roadmaps and continuously challenge the status quo

What we are looking for:
Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work with minimum supervision
3+ years experience in a leading product management role from a consumer software background (focus on consumer apps is a strong plus)
Experience in the health, e-commerce or pet space is a plus
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
Good knowledge and expertise in working in cross-functional teams
Agile mindset and experience in working in Scrum or Kanban
The mindset and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding start-up environment
A daring, goal-driven, can do mentality, who is reliable and a transparent communicator
Strong communication skills in English
