As the Lead Expansion Manager at felmo you are responsible to bring the felmo veterinary experience to new regions within Germany. You will be building up the felmo expansion management team after successfully launching felmo in further regions across Germany and will bring a smile to pet owners across Germany by making pet health care simple and accessible.
What you’ll be doing:
Orchestrate the whole city roll-out team to ensure successful launches in new regions including legal, financial, vet operations, marketing and onboarding of vets and vet nurses
Set up P&Ls for all new regions
Ownership of the region launch business KPIs including the responsibility to initiate potentially needed changes
Handover to our core organization after a successful launch while ensuring transparency about the current state & key learnings of each region
Building up a world-class expansion management team
Personally traveling to the new regions to ensure on-the-ground operations are set up properly
What you’ll need:
At least 3 years of experience in comparable roles with an expansion or operations focus
Strong organization talent and decent analytical skills
Being driven to turn challenging situations into successful results
Experience in project management
At least one year of people management experience
Fluent German is a must, core English skills are a plus
Experience working in a startups or other fast-paced environments is a strong plus
