The position is designed for pet parents who love felmo what stands for. You will act as a brand ambassador to the cat/dog communities, raising awareness and establishing strong bonds on both commercial and personal level.

Commercially savvy: 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or business development. Ideally with previous experience
Pet Parent: You have a pet and want to be part of felmo’s success story.
Hands on: Hustler mentality, not afraid to get your hands dirty with the “nitty-gritty” with research, direct outreach, sales & negotiations.
Confident communicator: with the ability to freely and efficiently interact with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.
Languages: Fluent in both German and English.
Building a community: Research and outreach to key members of the pet community (dog schools, trainers, pet bloggers etc.).
Commercial partnerships: Build lasting B2B relationships and partnerships with small to medium sized businesses.
Marketing focus: Lead offline channel exploration efforts (local print,OOH, radio, direct mail, sponsorships, podcast).
Research & Execution: Analyze and monitor local competition, parners and affiliates.
Cross functional: Close alignment with the City Expansion team & Ops team. While not necesary the position might require traveling
