(Senior) Automation QA Engineer (m/f/d)

Relocation to Berlin, Germany Required
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the guardian of our business logic and support the product and engineering team with ensuring consistency of the product in regards to functionality during design, planning, and specification
Create, organize and execute test cases (Black Box / manual & automated tests)
Automate test suites (regression, smoke, sanity, etc) and integrate them into our CI/CD pipeline
Create load, volume, stress testing suites
Perform functional and acceptance testing
Maintain and report on test coverage, identify dead/unused API endpoints
Support with maintenance and further development of our testing methods and infrastructure
Communicate and present new releases to our veterinary team
Analyze and report on Test Results Requirements
What You’ll Need:
A university degree in computer science or a related field
3+ years experience in Quality Assurance
Ability to write code in at least one major programming language
Ability to understand complex algorithms and create test suits for them
Experience in synthetic data generation for testing purposes
Knowledge of SQL
Ability to write short and concise bug reports
Experience with testing of components and areas of a Service-Oriented Software Architecture
Experience in Testing SPAs / REST APIs and Mobile Applications
A "QA" mindset and attention to details while still keeping an eye at the big picture
Nice to Have:
Experience in testing data ingestion pipelines
Minimal experience in Pentesting and a good understanding of security
German language knowledge
