Our Marketing team is growing and is looking for a passionate performance marketing manager with proven experience managing and scaling Facebook Ad accounts. This is a permanent role with massive potential for personal growth and learning.
Together with the Head of Marketing, you’ll be shaping felmo’s digital marketing mix, while ensuring the existing channels are running smoothly and efficiently.
Performance marketing: You have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Facebook & Instagram (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest would be huge a plus)
Operational excellence: Good knowledge of Facebook Business & Ads Manager with an understanding of best practices for audience & creative testing, campaign structure and bidding.
Creativity: You love working with design teams and have an appreciation for good design.
Data driven: Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions. You know how to plan, set up and complete significant A/B tests with clear applicable results.
Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English (German would be a plus).
100% Channel Ownership: Manage and own all aspects of Paid Social across Facebook and Instagram, including strategy, reporting and optimization.
Test & Learn: Test and refine across social platforms, creative ideas, messaging, audiences, etc.
Creative guidance: Work with our in-house design team and be the driving force behind the creative process
New Channel Exploration: Testing new channels (i.e. Tiktok, Pinterest, YouTube)
