We are looking for a Customer Service Manager (m/w/d) to help build the next generation of veterinary care with us and support us on our vision to make pet's health care a no-brainer as Europe's #1 pet health brand.

As Customer Service Manager you will ensure that our internal operations and communications processes are always on point and thereby support us on our way to become Europe’s #1 pet health brand.

  • Conceptualizing and executing business critical operations and communication processes 

  • Managing customer service processes along all of our support levels

  • Acting as bridge between customers and veterinary experts to ensure that we are able to provide our customers always with a solution to every of their problems

  • Optimizing travel times and veterinary supply capacity

You come with

  • You have a degree in Business, Engineering or similar fields of studies

  • First experience in operational Start Up roles or similar fast paced environments

  • You love to build up new things with an entrepreneurial and distinctive hands-on mentality

  • First experience with process management tools

  • First experience in collaborating in cross-functional set ups

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Strong analytical & project management skills

  • Fluent German
